We are seeking a talented individual for Treasury Accountant position at Marsh. This role will be based in Korea.

We will count on you to:

  • 보험료/보험금/수수료 및 커미션 등 수탁자 재보험(Fiduciary Reinsurance) 관련 자금 정산 업무 수행

  • 현금 수납 내역을 검토하여 미배정/미확인 수납금을 식별하고, 연령분석(Aging)을 시도함. 회사 시스템을 활용하여 보험사 또는 재보험사에 대한 지급 처리 수행. 승인권자에게 지급 승인 요청. Aging, 매출, 대손을 조정/모니터링

  • 필요 시 은행과 연락/협의

  • 금융감독원(FSS) 또는 공시 관련 업무, 지역(Region) 및 글로벌(Global) 보고

  • 재무상태표(BS) 및 손익계산서(PL) 등 다양한 계정 분석 및 재무상태표 조정(대사) 수행

  • Oracle 월말 결산: UGAAP/KGAAP 기준 GL(총계정원장) 마감

  • 감사 지원 및 감사 재무보고서 대응 / 회사 및 지역·글로벌 팀의 수시(Ad-hoc) 요청 대응

  • 재무상태표(BS) 대사 및 기타 내부 그룹 또는 외부 보고서 작성

  • 비즈니스 팀 등 전 조직의 다양한 직급/레벨의 담당자들과 원활히 커뮤니케이션하며, 문의 또는 요청에 대해 적시에 대응

  • 수시 요청 또는 팀 상황에 따라 역할과 책임(R&R)이 일부 변경될 수 있음

What you need to have:

  • BA degree or equivalent

  • ~5  years experience in finance /accounting and reporting

  • Good command of MS Office

  • Good Analytical , proactive attitude and good Communication skill

  • Business English required

  • 영어 능통자 또는 보험회사나 금융기관 자금경력 선호
