· Perform daily fiduciary services across corporate and fiduciary structures.
· Oversee company incorporations, amendments, liquidations, and maintenance of statutory and governance documentation.
· Ensure accurate upkeep of corporate records, resolutions, and filings in line with applicable regulations.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight· Ensure documentation completeness, risk assessments, and adherence to internal compliance policies and regulatory standards.
· Support regulatory requests and maintain readiness for audits and inspections.
Stakeholder Coordination· Coordinate effectively with corporate administrators, trust officers, legal advisors, and banking teams.
· Act as a point of contact for registered agents, regulators, and external service providers.
· Support cross-border transactions, client instructions, and internal operational approval processes.
Operational Support & Process Improvement· Support client-related requests and complex operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
· Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen operational and control frameworks.
· Ensure consistent application of internal procedures and best practices.
Project Focus – Microgen· Dedicate the majority of the workday to activities related to the Microgen Project.
· Provide fiduciary, operational, and documentation support aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
· Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure execution in line with governance, compliance, and risk standards.
Key Skills & Competencies· Strong understanding of fiduciary, corporate, and trust administration activities.
· Solid knowledge of AML/CTF, KYC, FATCA, and CRS regulatory frameworks.
· High attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Process-oriented mindset with a focus on control, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Experience & Qualifications· Prior experience in fiduciary services, corporate administration, trust services, or a related financial services role.
· Experience working with cross-border structures and clients is highly desirable.
