Key Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Provide pre- and post-sale support to the North American RO sales team to include assisting in the sales process/on-site demonstration of CQ Medical Fiducial products and solutions, preparation of appropriate demonstration content and materials.
- Provide support by attending and/or participating in local, regional and national meeting, conferences and tradeshows.
- Attending and/or delivering CME classes and preparing appropriate collateral.
- Attending and/or training medical professionals with Fiducial implant procedures.
- Assisting with RFI/RFP preparation by providing clinical input.
- Preparing content and materials for internal training to increase clinical knowledge of Global sales team.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of radiation therapy clinical practices, regulations and operations.
- Maintains a knowledge base of best practice standards in radiation therapy workflow.
- Coordinates with Global sales leadership and Clinical Sales Specialist colleagues to ensure that training content and materials are consistent across the organization.
- Participates in product development discussions as required to provide accurate and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Provides strong customer service orientation with both external and internal customers.

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred with either; ABR/ABMP certification, or ARRT Radiation Therapist Certification. Two to five years clinical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
