Job Title: FIC Administrative Assistant

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Overview

Responsible for reviewing validating and processing employee expense reports and reimbursements in alignment with company policies.

What You’ll Do

• Review employee reports for accuracy, completeness and ensure they are compliant
• Verify receipts, documentation, and approvals
• Process expenses within a timely manner
• Identify inconsistencies, errors or policy violations and resolve or escalate as needed
• Maintain records of all expenses submitted
• Respond to employee inquires with regards to expense policy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and email applications like Outlook and Concur
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work autonomously and confidently interact with all employees

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40K to $62K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
