Make a real difference in the lives of families as a Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) here at NFS — while enjoying the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team!
The Bilingual Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers’ ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field: Required

Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required

Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time

Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
Compensation:

Fee for Service Rate: $25 - $40 / hour
