Whats the role?
- Act as the senior business owner of Fenergo, providing single-point accountability for operational performance, user adoption, business value realisation and the ongoing change agenda.
- Establish and maintain change governance, business procedures and operating standards across all jurisdictions to ensure consistent, controlled and audit-ready ways of working
- Define, monitor and report against business operational SLAs and KPIs for the investor services function
- Own the business and change roadmap for Fenergo, sequencing transformation initiatives in line with strategic objectives, regulatory obligations and operational capacity
- Develop and maintain operational performance metrics, management reporting and dashboards to give leadership clear visibility of adoption, throughput, data quality and the benefits realised from change initiatives
- Identify operational improvement and transformation opportunities, build business cases, and lead delivery of change initiatives that drive measurable operational excellence
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract performance, SLA adherence and commercial negotiations
- Ensure investor services business processes operate within regulatory control frameworks and internal policies across all jurisdictions
- Lead and shape the forward pipeline of data migrations into Fenergo, owning prioritisation, sequencing, business readiness and migration governance – the role does not perform data analysis or execute the migrations themselves, but is accountable for ensuring each migration is properly framed, resourced, governed and successfully landed into business operations
- Support business development activity by contributing operational capability content for client pitches, RFPs and due diligence engagements
- Act as the senior business escalation point for operational issues, coordinating root-cause investigation and remediation across operations, vendors and IT delivery partners
- Champion best practice in operating model design, data quality and process standardisation across the global investor services function
- Coordinate business UAT, release readiness and operational cutover for upgrades, configuration changes and new capability releases
- Cross-train team members to mitigate key person dependency risk
- Take responsibility for own professional development in line with agreed annual performance objectives

- Direct, hands-on business experience with Fenergo (operating workflows, case management, configuration from a business perspective
- Proven experience of AML/KYC processes, periodic reviews and investor onboarding
- Experience operating within and supporting regulatory control frameworks (e.g. JFSC, CSSF, FCA, SEC/FINRA)
- Experience managing vendor and supplier relationships
- Track record of leading operational change, process re-engineering and transformation initiatives within a PMO or change function
- Experience leading or governing data migration workstreams from a business / PMO perspective – shaping pipelines, sequencing, business readiness, sign-off and post-migration assurance (without performing the underlying data analysis or technical execution)
- Experience as a business product owner or operations lead in a multi-jurisdictional environment
- Experience supporting business development or client pitch activity
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience
- PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum Product Owner certification advantageous
