Job DescriptionJob Objective
The Robotics Associate handles and manages the automated bagging and palletizing operation of the packing section. He ensures efficient operations and functionality of the automated bagging machine, pelletizing equipment, and its components. The position is also responsible for the conduct of basic preventive maintenance and calibration of the packing equipment while contributing to the achievement of the quality objectives of the plant.
- Operates the automated bagging machine and robotics Palletizing equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the unit.
- Conducts checking, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance of the packing machines, its components, and accessories during and after the end of shift.
- Coordinates with Production Supervisor and Control Room Operator on the scheduling of packing operation ensuring the use of correct packaging materials including but not limited to production code, thread color, and manner of palletizing configuration.
- Ensures that packaging materials are available and ready prior to the scheduling of the run by coordinating with Production Supervisors and Assistance Control Room operators.
- Ensures correct production codes are reflected in the packaging material in the conduct of the bagging operation run.
- Ensures proper recording and on-time submission of production reports to Production Supervisors after the end of shifts.
- Assists in the ISO/HACCP related activities such as, but not limited to, control of records, implementation, system writing, etc.
FOOD SAFETY:
- Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards, and regulations of the company.
- Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
OTHER TASKS:
- Learns and understands processes of other departments through immersion and development training in other departments as may be required.
- Actively participates in the company programs and provides support at all times.
- Establishes, maintains, recommends, and implements a good housekeeping program for all areas of responsibility to ensure compliance to food safety standards set by HACCP & GMP.
- Performs other related works as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Education:
BS degree in Mechanical, Electronics, and Communication or Electrical Engineering, or BS in Industrial Automation & Mechatronics
