Receivers unload railcars and trucks over the pit. They have to be observant of the amount of dust produced while monitoring the flow of ingredients. This takes persistence on the part of the receiving personnel. Receiving Dept. plays an important role in keeping the mill in safe operating condition. Must understand the hazards of working with large trucks and railcars. Be able to keep work area clean and do daily inventory.
Preferred QualificationsMust be able to follow instructions and wear PPE while working. Candidate must be honest and able to push and pull heavy objects, up to 50 lbs. with the flexibility to bend, crawl, and stoop. Attendance is very important and working weekends is required at times. This particular candidate will be trained on day shift and then transferred to night shift. Must be a team player and willing to work and get along with others.
