Premier Cooperative is seeking a dependable and motivated Feed Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Mineral Point, WI. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality livestock feed while supporting a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manufacture livestock feed according to established formulas and quality standards
- Operate feed mill equipment including mixers, grinders, batching systems, conveyors, and related equipment
- Load and unload ingredients and finished products
- Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Complete required production and quality control documentation
- Assist with auto bagger, palletizing, and staging finished feed products
- Perform routine housekeeping and maintain a clean work environment
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product quality concerns promptly
- Work closely with coworkers to meet daily production goals
- Support other feed mill activities as needed

Qualifications- Manufacturing, agricultural, feed, grain, or related experience is helpful but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and customer service
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
