What you'll do:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing business
- Present products and solutions to prospective clients within the Federal Government
- Partner with Federal systems integrator and complementary technology partners to advance sales objectives
- Identifying and converting opportunities into revenue
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for HUMAN technology
- Assist with coordinating product demos to convey value in technology specifically applicable to the challenges of our prospects
- Proactively pursue new business via strategic prospecting
- Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure
- Focus on attaining quota and successfully converting accounts
- Navigating complex deal cycles
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive sales process while leveraging the Force Management framework
- Maintaining proper Salesforce hygiene
Who you are:
- 7-10 years of successfully selling enterprise software to State, Local and Education customers
- Ability to leverage Systems integrators and value added reseller partners in the State, Local and Education ecosystem to advance sales objectives
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of the enterprise software market and the ability to learn new software and industries quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team player with a start-up style approach to driving business objective
- Eagerness to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
- Bachelors degree preferred
The base pay range for this position is $140,000- $150,000 which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
