Skills Required
- Proven experience hiring exceptional talent for defence, hardware, robotics, semiconductor, aerospace, or deep-tech companies
- Track record headhunting engineers across electronics, embedded/firmware, RF, mechanical, systems, semiconductor and manufacturing engineering
- Experience designing and implementing hiring processes, systems, and workflows at pace
- Comfort using AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing and effectiveness
- Strong, patient communicator who uses logic, data and experience to influence stakeholders
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and resolve complex hiring challenges
- High emotional intelligence and curiosity to continuously improve
