Job Description:

  • 任职资格:
  • 本科及以上学历,医学/药学临床/影像/超声专业本科毕业优先,心脏电生理硕士优先
  • 能独立完成工作职责,并通过相关专业知识考试
  • 医药、医疗行业相关的销售经验
  • 良好的医学专业英文优先

  • 利用专业的电生理知识和技能,为术者提供手术支持,确保手术安全顺利进行;
  • 熟悉客户手术习惯,与术者高效沟通,不断精进专业技能,在区域独立完成从简单到复杂的心律失常手术支持
  • 紧跟行业和公司发展趋势,主动学习和掌握行业内新理念、新技术,新产品的优势和使用,能够制定针对性、可拆解的推广沟通方案
  • 熟练使用新产品、数字化等新工具以及新技术,协助专业教育团队提升术者理念,技能和信心
  • 有效传递新产品、新技术的价值,不断提升客户对于新技术的接受度,以安全高效的方式开展手术,服务病患
  • 承担团队内教学带教工作,与团队共同进步,通过理论授课、模拟器练习、术中导管室带教、病历复盘等,有效提升新同事/初阶同事的知识和手术支持能力
  • 严格遵守公司的合规政策,完成上级交予的其他任务
  • 接受一定程度出差
