FCFE Senior Manager of Operations and Planning

The Senior Manager, Operations and Planning drives the implementation and operational delivery of FCFE programs in support of Fidelity’s enterprise strategy to build generational advisor and relationship-based capabilities. This role leads and supports the orchestration and execution of initiatives, ensuring capabilities are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at scale. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Planning, the Senior Manager partners closely on the ongoing management of events and programs associated with FCFE distribution and delivery partnerships. Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, the role collaborates with key business partners across Fidelity to drive alignment, operational readiness, and effective execution.

· Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of relevant, progressive experience
· Demonstrated organizational strength with proven project and program management experience
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Qualtrics and Zoom
· Strong relationship management or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com)
· Ability to lead work independently and remain proactive in ambiguous, fast-changing environment

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
