Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities: '- Oversee, manage, and transform all aspects of brands and business focus, people, and operations in leading and influencing the matrix organization.- Complete P&L and organizational accountability for a country or multicountry business unit. - Develop and implement commercial plans that help grow sales and profitability.- Mind, discuss & execute the regional strategies customizing the actions to the effectiveness of the execution.- Define an efficient and attractive portfolio of the products to maximize sales and profits in the category.- Establish and maintain strategic relationship with key customers that allows for the construction of joint plans to grow categories. Capabilities & Experience:'- Commercial Excellence: ability to design and deliver commercial & RGM capabilities to maximize profitable and sustainable revenue with +10 years of commercial experience in different industries displaying drive for results mindset.- Strong decision making, influence and drive commercial strategy through share salesforce (different levels of seniority) and cross functional collaboration.- Strong financial acumen of the business, issues faced by K-C, and mission / goals.- Coach for performance: ability to define priorities, align teams to achieve organizational objectives and create a climate that inspires employees to do their best.
