Role Overview
Performs various duties related to FC Operations, including but not limited to Inbound, Inventory, Replenishment, Outbound, and Maintenance departments. Associates will be cross-trained before being assigned to a designated area.
What You Will Do
- Operate an RF gun/PDA device
- Breakdown, receive, and inspect inbound items
- Keep record of inventory, reconcile any discrepancies, and consolidate products
- Move items and carts from one location to another
- Pick, pack, stack, and ship items
- Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department
- May participate in training new associates
- (Maintenance only)
- Remove trash, spills, and dropped/broken items
- Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment
- Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay rates range from $18 to $22, plus any overtime. Pay rate depends on position, shift, and experience. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
