Total Work Experience: Minimum Required: 1-3

English Proficiency: Minimum Required: Fluent

Experience Requirements

3-5 years experience within a Workforce Management role required. 4 years contact center experience preferred. 3 years demonstrated forecasting experience preferred.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Environment

This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
