The Role

Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Product Analyst to join our team. This individual will be part of our Product team focused on revenue and growth by ensuring we are attracting and binding the right customers for the right products.

Main responsibilities

  • Obtain, evaluate, and communicate information that supports revenue growth and profitability.
  • Query and analyze information across different databases using data correlation and statistical analysis.
  • Identify market segments based on conversion, performance and customer segmentation metrics.
  • Recommends strategies for improving results and market position.
  • Works with State Offices to support rate proposal and marketing plan development.
  • Prepare exhibits/presentations, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial, Finance, Economics
  • Auto Insurance background (highly preferred)
  • Fluency in English

Software / Tools

  • Microsoft Office suite – Excel and Power Point (proficient)
  • Snowflake (intermediate)
  • SQL (intermediate)
  • Power Bi (intermediate)
