About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented FBS Recruiter to help scale and strengthen our recruiting function. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. We look for someone that can operate as a true business partner, influence hiring decisions, improve recruiting operations, and help elevate the overall talent strategy.
What You’ll Do- Own full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple roles and business areas, from intake to offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, calibrate profiles, and improve decision-making quality.
- Conduct high-quality candidate assessments focused on technical fit, soft skills, communication, and long-term potential.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage stakeholder communication with clarity, urgency, and strong expectation management.
- Use recruiting metrics and market insights to drive decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Help improve recruiting operations, processes, workflows, documentation, and hiring best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support interview process consistency, candidate quality standards, and overall recruiting excellence.
- Act as a trusted partner to the business, balancing speed, quality, and hiring manager experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced and high-volume environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with hiring managers, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, or technology-focused roles.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and identifying actionable insights.
