As a production owner, this person will help define the strategic roadmap for customer retention, responsible for stakeholder management and communications. This person will drive retention initiatives from ideation through execution. Should have strong communication and skills and a background in customer experience and retention in the Insurance Industry. Responsible for evaluating and communicating key insights that supports revenue growth and profitability. Recommends strategies for improving results and market position
Strategic Planning: Able to facilitate and manage the development of strategic goals, success measures, tasks, deliverables, deadlines and budgets as part of the planning process for a project, portfolio, or program.
Stakeholder Analysis & Alignment: Able to use a range of tools and techniques to effectively identify stakeholders, issues they care about, and how they will be impacted. Able to create a plan and use data collected to communicate with stakeholders to make informed decisions and enable transparency.
Analysis: Prepares analyses of retention and expense data. Suggests enhancements to standard methodologies, Performs primary field research, including customer, distribution, competitor, insurance department, and market surveys. Identifies market segments and develops specialized retention approaches. Provides detailed requirements for systems implementation projects. Measures and monitors performance of states, initiatives, and identified customer segments through success metrics matching back to key KPIs. Facilitates through other parts of the organization to accomplish results.
Communication: Documents key insights in powerpoint presentations and communicates effectively to senior leaders.
Managing Complexity: Able to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Business Case Development: Able to support Business Owners in providing the justification for undertaking the project, portfolio or program by critically examining the cost/benefit analysis and ensuring solution aligns to strategic theme(s), objective(s) and key result(s).
Technical Acumen: Able to use the capabilities of various tools. Able to understand the Farmers applications and systems and the means to implement changes. Able to use tools to develop insights and reporting for stakeholders.
Prioritization: Able to effectively prioritize work items to support business needs and proactively facilitate tradeoff communications based on priority and capacity limitations. Able to adjust to changes that impact the direction of the goals and activities and enable the engaged team to adapt to the new circumstances.
