About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated PL Product Manager Assistant to support product and project initiatives focused on revenue growth and profitability. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering insights, supporting product development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and performance.
Key Responsabilities

  • Deliver data analysis and present findings to support product and project objectives
  • Analyze information using statistical methods and data correlation
  • Develop and maintain data structures and extraction programs
  • Prepare state indications and analyses of loss experience, retention, and expense data
  • Conduct primary field research (customer, competitor, market surveys)
  • Support rate proposals and marketing plan development with State Offices
  • Identify market segments and develop specialized pricing strategies
  • Prepare exhibits for state filings and respond to regulatory data requests
  • Provide detailed requirements for systems implementation projects
  • Monitor performance of states, initiatives, and market segments
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive results
Requirements
  • Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced)
  • SQL, Tableau
  • Experience with statistical tools and basic programming (e.g., SAS, Python, Access)
