Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the product strategy and delivery of MLOps capabilities within a newly formed Agile Release Train (ART). The Product Manager will drive alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical solutions—owning the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

•Defining and communicating the program vision and roadmap to achieve strategic and enterprise-level goals.

•Leading cross-functional collaboration with system architects, development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable MLOps solutions.

•Conducting continuous exploration through customer interaction, data analysis, and market research to inform product direction.

•Participating in PI planning, demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.

•Acting as a Business Owner and internal voice of the customer, ensuring the team delivers high-impact, customer-centered features.

•This is a high-visibility, strategic role ideal for a visionary product leader with a strong understanding of Agile practices, MLOps, and customer value delivery.

Requirements
  • 7-10 years Product and/or Operations Management experience or related experience required
  • Full English Fluency
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • SAFe Product Manager Certified within 180 days of hire required.
