Responsible for supporting Distribution objectives for acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development by assisting in advanced analytic projects. Implements local market planning and analysis. Leverages agent and district information to make business decisions regarding areas of opportunity, segmentation of agents, planning, etc. Assists with creation of scorecards, agency development presentations to Sr. Leadership, and campaign management reporting. Assists with a multitude of diverse projects ranging from Planning, Agency and Segmentation to deriving actionable rules for trigger based marketing campaigns.
Team Function:

MarTech is a strategic enablement team that connects marketing, data, and technology. We manage the marketing tech stack, ensure reliable data and attribution, and enable audience targeting, measurement, and personalization. Our role is to improve efficiency, drive data-driven decisions, and deliver scalable, high-performing marketing outcomes.
Essential Job Functions:

-Manages the delivery and day-to-day operations and maintenance of new and existing systems to meet business requirements. Supports the lead function of implementation activities, troubleshoot user/system issues and documentation.

-Identifies and raises issues and risks with functional design and offers alternative solutions. Configures, maintains, enhances and reports on new and existing Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.

-Provides high level of expertise in the solution design and functionality of business applications.

-Develops a partnership with the channel managers/stakeholders to communicate and clarify requirements.

-Contributes to the development of long-range business plans and ensures products and services are aligned with business needs.

-Conducts system studies and analyzes existing processes to improve efficiency.

-Researches and develops techniques for automation.

-Responsible for maintaining the quality control of projects ensuring the proper development of methods and practices for effective control and management of systems.

-Assists in gathering and analyzing data and metrics to determine project success and make recommendations for improvement.

-Coordinates the development and introduction of the various phases of technology.

-Takes ownership for all related activities required for optimizing the service delivery process (problem management, service delivery reports, web content development, etc. ).

-Coordinates with business partners to recommend solutions to meet business goals and objectives.

-Evaluates vendor proposals and assists in the coordination of vendor technical involvement in the planning, installation, and implementation of systems/processes.

-Tracks achievement of SLAs with suppliers and escalates when SLAs are not met.
