Team Function:
- This position would sit within the SEO & GEO team as a larger part of our Digital Acquisition & Growth Marketing team.
Role Description - Candidate will focus on GEO (generative engine optimization) and SEO (search engine optimization) strategies with the goal of increasing Farmers.com visibility across LLM/AI search such as Google AIO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.
- Efforts will focus on both onsite improvements as well as offsite improvements including obtaining external citations.
- Actively performs outreach efforts to relevant sites and is able to articulate our goals and asks for each project.
- Responsible for executing action plans on deadline, connecting with other teams to complete projects, reporting on project status, benchmarking, and report building.
- Works on complex projects and executes on results-oriented solutions for organic and AI search.
- Acts as a project lead on one or more moderately complex to complex projects, or leads one or more of a particular aspect of complex projects.
- Develops project plans, schedules and measures project success.
- Ensures all project summaries, progress reports and all out of scope changes are written and reported within the project schedule.
- Executes on detailed tasks, project deliverables and schedules throughout the project development.
- Identifies project risks and priority issues.
