This role will continue to assist with onboarding these resources as well as work on process improvements and automation enhancements. This role will also be responsible for incorporating integration points within the systems that we use.
Key Responsabilities
•Partners closely with talent acquisition teams to anticipate needs and ensure proper system access for new hires, rehires and contingent workers.
•Coordinates with hiring managers and suppliers for new hire support.
•Provides solutions to complex problems having wide implications based on practice and existing procedures.
•Responds effectively to employees and contractors to coordinate and handle post onboarding needs.
•Manages and responds timely to more complex inquiries from IT teams.
•Uses broad experience and knowledge to suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team
•Integration between systems (Automation)
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with an IT Background
- Full English Fluency
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Automation Knowledge, look for opportunities in efficiency, proactive attitude
