About the Role

The HR Advisor serves as the human-centered escalation point within an AI-enabled HR operating model, providing expert guidance on complex and sensitive employee matters that require empathy, judgment, and nuanced decision-making. As part of the newly established Advisory Services team, this role supports employees and leaders across the organization by resolving advanced HR inquiries, assessing organizational needs, and driving positive employee experiences. The position plays a critical role in executing people strategies aligned with business objectives while promoting operational excellence, performance culture, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations and HR inquiries that cannot be resolved through self-service or AI-supported channels.
  • Provide consultative HR guidance to employees, managers, and business leaders on policies, procedures, employee lifecycle matters, and workplace concerns.
  • Assess sensitive situations, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate resolutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.
  • Partner with leaders to support employee experience initiatives, performance management discussions, organizational design efforts, and change management activities.
  • Manage complex HR cases from intake through resolution, ensuring thorough documentation, timely follow-up, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coach managers on employee-related matters, helping them navigate challenging situations while balancing business and employee needs.
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement within the Advisory Services function.
  • Support the execution of the company's people strategy through effective stakeholder partnership and trusted HR advisory services.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, HR Advisory, HR Business Partnering, or related HR functions.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong HR judgment and the ability to assess risk while balancing employee and business needs.
  • Experience supporting employee experience, organizational design, performance management, and change management initiatives.
  • Experience handling complex employee inquiries, sensitive workplace situations, and case management activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through employee-related matters.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
