We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Business Transformation to join our team at FBS and provide strategic workforce management solutions to a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.

This role will function as the "ProgramCEO". The ideal candidate will have the experience/skillset outlined below:

Holistic view but knowing when to go deep and critical thinking on where to go deep (consequential, downstream thinking)

Stakeholder management w/in and outside project, ability to read the room, know your audience and adjust any approach accordingly

Moving the organization without people reporting to you.  Influence without the hierarchy.PM and Change Mgmt understanding and operational excellence.

Ability to define a path, force clarity, take the chaos and organize, flexible, influence, from front line to ExCo/CEO.

Own and apply feedback immediately, resilience. How to tell a story in a way that creates the alignment you seek, both on paper and how you speak to it.  Tailored to audience.

Strategic Vision – enterprise strategy, project level strategy – translation and interconnectivity

Able to learn complex business concepts, and then break it down for the audience based on their level/knowledge

Analytical skill-set – deep dive into data, numbers, pull out insights to make data driven decisions

Ability to excite and light a vision and execute together – inspirational leadership

Need deep understanding of AX/distribution, and/or ability to learn quickly

Curiosity and being willing to say you don’t know or understand something.


Requirements
  • Experience and Knowledge in Agency Operations & Insurance Products
  • Knowledge in IT Process & Execution experience in Agile Methodologies
  • Highly experience in Business Transformation field
  • Insurance Background required
  • Fluent English Proficiency
  • Strategic mindset
  • Ability to handle stakeholders' request and understand the demands and strategy
  • Knowledge in US insurance market
