We count on you for:
- Own agent segmentation, prioritization logic, and activation criteria
- Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, forecast and performance framework
- Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities for acceleration
- Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and field partners
- Lead performance reviews, business updates and forecasting cycles
- Partner with distribution, Marketing, Underwriting, operations, and technology to align execution with strategic priorities
- Support Life distribution governance and reporting cadence
Requirements
- Experience in insurance strategy, analytics, consulting, or performance management
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance distribution funnels and cross-selling dynamics
- Experience distributing insurance products across digital and non-digital channels
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong experience with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Experiencing designing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance scorecards
- Familiarity with CRM, policy administration systems, and distribution platforms
- Ability to work across multiple data sources and ensure data consistency and governance
- Fluent in English (it will be tested)
