About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Capital Management team. This team plays a critical role in managing the Enterprise’s capital position, ensuring alignment with risk-based capital requirements, and promoting a capital-focused mindset across key business decisions. In this role, you will support capital analysis by managing and centralizing data inputs for various modeling processes, enhancing existing tools, and performing ad-hoc analyses to guide strategic recommendations. If you have strong data management skills and a passion for analytics, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact in a high-visibility area of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Manage and centralize data and inputs for multiple capital modeling processes.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of analytical tools used for capital management.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support capital-related requests and strategic recommendations.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for processes and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data delivery for modeling and reporting.
- Contribute to fostering a capital mindset in decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related).
- 4–6 years of total work experience, with at least 1–3 years in data management or analytics (capital modeling experience preferred)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, R, SQL, or SAS.
- Advanced Excel skills; intermediate knowledge of Office Suite.
- Experience in data manipulation, reporting, and visualization/dashboarding.
- Familiarity with analytics and modeling; entry-level understanding of capital modeling and risk management.
- Advanced English
