About the RoleBe part of a dynamic team that manages and enhances the Salesforce CRM application for Independent Agent Distribution employees. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both business and IT partners to ensure Salesforce supports evolving business needs. You’ll have the opportunity to work across business and technical areas, turning requirements into practical solutions, supporting system development and integrations, and continuously improving processes and tools to drive sales effectiveness.
What You’ll Do- Provide business support through Salesforce administration and development efforts, including requirements gathering, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage and maintain data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Facilitate business admin processes to include external data into Salesforce.
- Develop and deliver Salesforce reports and dashboards to support TMs and leadership in sales execution.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across IA Distribution and the enterprise, including leadership, distribution, data & reporting, ACM, and SFEA.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements and admin-facilitated solutions.
- Communicate effectively with business and IT partners, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Identify system gaps and process improvements, providing recommendations to enhance Salesforce functionality and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Salesforce experience, business analysis, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Experience with Agile processes and Salesforce administration/development
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite; experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and system integrations.
- Ability to navigate both business and technical environments, translating requirements into actionable solutions
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
