About the Position
We’re looking for an Associate Decision Scientist to join a collaborative, high-impact team that works on large-scale, meaningful business challenges. In this role, you’ll be shaping and optimizing the pipelines, conducting in-depth statistical analyses, and building predictive models that influence key business decisions. From day one, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across functions to explore questions, tell stories through data, and drive innovation through analytics.
You’ll have the opportunity to design dashboards with Power BI and Excel, help build end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python, and develop your knowledge in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data storytelling. The problems we tackle are challenging and require creativity, critical thinking, and curiosity.
