What You’ll Do:
- Production Support: Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.
- Enhancements & Development: Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.
- Download Services: Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.
Requirements
Experience:
· 3 years of experience.
Skills:
· Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)
· Bachelor's degree Business Administration.
· Excel – Intermediate
· Office Suite - Intermediate
· Power BI - Entry Level
· Project Management Tools - Entry Level
· Insurance Knowledge - Preferred
