The candidate will work as a Senior Angular Developer within a SAFe Agile ART team, contributing hands-on to Angular application development while coaching and guiding junior and senior developers on best practices, code quality, and design standards. Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Angular applications 2. Lead implementation of Angular best practices (component design, state management, performance, security) 3. Actively review code, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards 4. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; support senior developers where needed 5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, System Architects, UX, and backend teams 6. Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives within the SAFe ART 7. Break down features into technical tasks, estimate work, and identify dependencies 8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and production defects 9. Ensure UI solutions align with enterprise architecture and accessibility standards 10. Support CI/CD pipelines, build optimizations, and deployment readiness Required Skills 1. 7+ years of UI development experience, with strong hands-on Angular (v17+) expertise 2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, SCSS 3. Experience with RxJS, component-based architecture, lazy loading 4. Solid experience with REST API integration 5. Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments 6. Strong communication skills and ability to lead through influence (especially in offshore setup)
