Accounting & Financial Reporting SupervisorAbout the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will be responsible for Group Reporting activities, financial and regulatory reporting, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of critical financial information.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong accounting expertise, advanced analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. This position requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Group Reporting activities and financial reporting deliverables.
- Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis for leadership teams.
- Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Review reports and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and reporting requirements while monitoring changes in regulations.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities and reporting requirements.
- Lead and participate in projects related to financial reporting, process optimization, and systems enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide reporting support across multiple business functions.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, SAP, and AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and reporting insights.
RequirementsRequired
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4+ years of Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Finance experience.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
