About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the calculation of additional compensation and incentives for the Independent Agent channel. This role focuses on financial analysis, reporting, and ensuring accuracy in incentive calculations and payments.
You will play a key role in analyzing data, preparing financial outputs, and providing insights on incentive performance while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.
What You’ll Do- Calculate additional compensation and incentives for the Independent Agent channel.
- Prepare statements, reports, and complex payment uploads for each calculation cycle.
- Analyze financial data and interpret results related to incentive performance.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on outcomes and business impact.
- Ensure accuracy, documentation, and data integrity supporting all calculations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and accounting records.
- Research and resolve accounting issues, providing recommendations when needed.
- Perform reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts and document adjustments.
- Support regulatory reporting and filings as required.
- Assist with testing and validation of accounting impacts from system changes.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience (minimum).
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
- Fluent English required.
- Advanced management reporting and critical thinking skills.
- Intermediate financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excel – Intermediate (4–6 years).
- Power BI – Entry level (1–3 years).
