We have an exciting upcoming opportunity for a customer orientated person to join a high-performing fast-paced team as one of our Faults Services Coordinators. This is a pivotal role for our team as you will be the first point of call for our customers to ensure their faults are resolved in a timely and professional manner. 

This is a unique position as you will be the connection between customer and business, taking ownership for providing an excellent customer experience every step of the way. 

Some key responsibilities and deliverables for this role: 

  • Keeping customers informed of job status, while ensuring Watercare meets expectations. 

  • Provide in-context advice to customers regarding plumbers, drain layers, leak detection and more. 

  • Resolve complaints, through collaboration with appropriate experts and managing expectations. 

  • Actively build and maintain good working relationships across the company.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a larger team.   Your background and experience will include: 

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and listening skills, able to connect with customers and work through viable solutions in a pragmatic and systematic approach. 

  • The ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to achieve results. 

  • Previous experience in a similar customer-centric role, able to build rapport with customers and empathise to their challenges or situation. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work and tasks effectively 

  • Be available to work a rotating roster,6am-10.30pm Monday to Sunday.
