§ Perform Outbound
calls to customers for completing the FATCA/CRS forms
§ Educate customers
on FATCA/CRS requirements.
§ Collect FATCA/CRS forms and capture in Bank
system.
§ Ensure capture data from FATCA/CRS forms to system is accurate.
§ Maintain records
of calls performed to customers.
§ Follow up with
customers on submitting the FATCA/CRS forms.
§ Basic knowledge
of FATCA/CRS & Transaction Monitoring to assess the risks associated with
customers or products.
§ Coordinating with
relevant teams for FATCA/CRS related activities.
§ Support Team
Leader assisting with projects/deliverable to meet deadlines
Requirements
Minimum Education
required
High School diploma/Intermediate or
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance.
Work Experience (Please specify minimum number of
years and the field in which experience is required)
Minimum
of 6 months of work experience
Specified area / field of experience
(if required)
Good communication skills (Arabic
& English).
Basic experience (AML/KYC/Compliance
related) with understanding of FATCA/CRS requirements (preferred but not a
must)
Technical skills in Microsoft words,
power-point and excel
