Job Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

  • Draw up production budgets, schedules & critical paths to ensure smooth running productions and clear communication to the wider business.
  • Project yearly creative budget needs according to business needs. Division of the year budget on the different seasons and fashion creatives contents
  • Manage spend with Finance. Reconcile all budgets against forecast.
  • You will coordinate productions from start to finish (campaigns, editorials and e-commerce): budgeting, planning, execution and feedback.
  • Keep the production team and creative teams up to date with inspirational new campaigns, photographers, new technology, new faces, and fresh up-coming talent from Asia, EEUU and Europe.
  • Produce artist boards for presentations to management
  • Built a good relationship with external collaborators (casting, production and talent agencies)
  • Coordinate, schedule & production for the global marketing calendar, including  shoots, campaigns, exhibitions, retail-events, special projects & brand collaborations to ensure timely publication

Daily Content

  • Collaboration in the ideas and approaches of the productions.
  • Manage the set-up, administration, pre-production, post- production and logistic implementation of creative shoots.
  • Creating and managing production budgets, monitoring payments, invoices, purchase orders and reconciliation
  • Book, option, and confirm models & shoot teams – locations, studios, product and travel logistics - ensuring transparency of cost, and rigid budget control.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and associated usage rights with preferred partners across each production, ensuring projects always remain on budget and to schedule.
  • Location scouting for all location shoots
  • Internal and external productions, attending and supervising the photo shoots.
  • Working across Post production including Tracking of retouching and other assets through post production, organising & filing of assets, ensuring all assets match the correct specifications
  • Managing shoot logistics - call sheets, equipment hire, filming licenses, hotels and travel itinerary, visas and permits, ensuring relevant production paperwork is in place
  • Sign contracts under authorization of the head of creative

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Arts or Communication.
  • Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience in fashion production industry
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and producing international shootings
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as effective problem solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline
  • Motivated, positive attitude and with an eye for detail
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
  • Willing to travel
  • Computer Literate in Excel, Word and Power point
  • Matured, well-organised, meticulous, initiative, solution-orientated, collaborative.
