The internship will be based in our Amsterdam offices for a duration of 6 months, starting July 1st, 2026. Your missions will involve supporting marketing activities, analyzing client data, sharing campaign insights, and assisting with event coordination and boutique engagement.

As part of the Fashion Client Marketing team, you will report to the Client Marketing Manager of BENSCA. You will support marketing activities, client strategy and event organization for our seven BENSCA Boutiques across the markets of The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

THE IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

Client Intelligence & Engagement

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and sharing client data to identify development opportunities.
  • Consolidate and distribute client lists (new, top, prospects) to support boutique activation.
  • Participate in the creation or updating of training materials and support users in adopting digital clienteling or retail tools.

Client Communication & Engagement

  • Coordinate and analyze client communication campaigns (1-to-1, 1-to-many), share results and consolidate Boutiques’ feedback.
  • Oversee the translation process for campaign materials.
  • Support communication of gifting offers and campaigns with our Boutique Client Marketing Managers.
  • Participate in consolidating results and insights from mystery shopping visits.
  • Update online boutique pages.

Events & Client Experience

  • Support the implementation of the client activation calendar and event organization (cocktails, boutique experiences, collection launches).
  • Contribute to event logistics: invitations, gifting, suppliers’ coordination, communication assets, post-event follow-up.
  • Consolidate feedback and conduct competitive monitoring.

Profile:

  • Master’s level student (business school or university) with a strong interest in fashion and luxury
  • Previous internship experience in marketing, events, or client data analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills (KPI, CRM, reporting), proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
  • Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
