Overview/Purpose
The Fashion Closet Assistant is a member of the Global Fashion Network, providing essential logistical support for editorial shoots. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the fashion closet, overseeing sample check-ins, packing of trunks, scheduling messengers, carnets, and returns. They may also help with sample requests and be on set as needed. The Fashion Closet Assistant supports across the categories of ready-to-wear, accessories, and jewelry. They ensure the Fashion Closet is well-maintained and running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
● Detailed sample check-ins, noting all inventory
● Pack trunks in a timely and organized manner, collaborating closely with the Fashion Assistants
● Coordinate with courier services to arrange shipping labels as needed, communicate timing for arrivals, pick-ups, etc., to make sure no hiccups
● Prompt reply to logistical or returns-related questions
● Work with Returns for all transfers and priority returns
● Collaborate with the jewelry team on the return of jewelry
● Work closely with Conde Nast logistics on the shipment of trunks and samples to shoots
● Maintain the overall organization and efficiency of the fashion closet
● Assist stylists with fittings and on set as needed
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fashion brand PR representatives
● Serve as a reliable point of contact for brands, ensuring clear and professional communication.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $61,500 - $70,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
