8. Participate in farmer engagement, training, and extension activities as required.
9. Assist with data collection and reporting for farm performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies on the farm.
11. Support post-harvest activities, including drying, storage, quality control, and inventory management.
12. Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations for improving farm productivity and efficiency.
13. Perform any other duties assigned by management to support the achievement of the company’s agricultural objectives.
