About Us

4. Operational Finance Oversight
- Supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring timely reporting, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
- Improve operational finance systems, processes, and reporting tools to support scale.
- Oversee payables, receivables, payroll, and procurement processes to maintain efficiency and compliance.
