The Crown Is Yours
We're looking for an Associate to join our Fantasy team with a focus onPick6 and Daily Fantasy Products. This role will create engaging content for our fantasy customers with a focus on promotions planning and execution. You will continuously seek to optimize the DraftKings fantasy player experience and will work closely with a variety of teams and stakeholders to make this happen. What you'll do as a Fantasy Sports Operations Associate
- Support the Promotions team in setup and execution of daily Fantasy promotions.
- Work closely with CRM, Customer Experience, and Sport Ops teams in planning and execution of promotions.
- Become an expert with our internal tooling - always looking to optimize processes and tools to enable flawless execution.
- Help in leading the execution of our Fantasy Achievements & Missions programs, building milestone-based rewards that help to drive user retention and loyalty across various user segments.
- Leverage analytical skills to support the upkeep and extrapolation of promotion results.
- Help manage the creative assets process for marketing assets which includes briefing of creative team and setting up promotion landing pages.
What you'll bring
- 1-2 years of online gaming or relevant online B2C experience, preferred.
- Passion for sports, particularly fantasy sports.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- The ability to make thoughtful decisions even when the right answer isn't clear.
- Fluency in English.
