What We Want From You

We want you to be our partner in the next stage of TensorOps’s growth. You’ll own top-of-funnel efforts, working directly with the founding partners.

We’re looking for:

  • Real excitement about AI technology and familiarity with a field that’s changing the world every day.

  • An understanding of what a consulting firm’s sales pipeline looks like.

  • Cultural agility to communicate with Hebrew-, English-, and Spanish-speaking markets.

  • You’ll be expected to identify the ICP and sharpen our messaging for the key stakeholders we work with.

Examples of What You Might Do
  • Analyze data and make data-driven decisions about our deals and opportunities.

  • Co-manage marketing budgets with our partners at Google and Amazon.

  • Spend time on research to refine our narratives and spot trends that influence our product-market fit.

  • Initiate events with our partners—both online (webinars) and in-person meetups across different countries.

  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to sharpen messaging and materials.

Minimum Requirements
  • You must currently reside in Portugal, legally.

  • You must speak excellent English.

  • You should feel that everything above sounds like pure fun.

  • You’ve likely worked at tech companies and startups in the past.

What We Offer
  • Annual Package: This translates to a gross annual salary of €56,000 – €77,000 (inclusive of the 14-month pay structure).
