Vi søker en fagingeniør elektro til operasjonsgruppen for Njord i Kristiansund. Operasjonsgruppen støtter både Njord A og Njord B og består av et tverrfaglig fagmiljø innen drift og vedlikehold som samarbeider tett med offshore-organisasjonen hver dag. Gruppen har en sentral rolle i planlegging og oppfølging av vedlikeholdsaktiviteter, og er bindeleddet mellom installasjonene offshore og fagmiljøene på land.
Vi ønsker å videreutvikle et sterkt lokalt fagmiljø i Kristiansund og ser etter deg som trives med samarbeid, tar ansvar og ønsker å bidra både faglig og sosialt til laget. Arbeidssted er Kristiansund, og du vil være en del av den daglige samhandlingen i operasjonsgruppen.
Njord er et av Equinors sentrale olje- og gassfelt i Norskehavet, med drift fra Kristiansund. Njordfeltet omfatter både Njord A, produksjonsplattformen der hydrokarbonene prosesseres, og Njord B (Njord Bravo), lagrings- og losseinnretningen som muliggjør eksport av olje til markedet. Sammen sikrer de trygg og effektiv energileveranse fra et av de mest komplekse havområdene på norsk sokkel.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

  • Planlegge og følge opp forebyggende og korrektivt vedlikehold innen fagområdet elektro.

  • Sikre høy kvalitet i arbeidsordre, jobbpakker og vedlikeholdsplaner.

  • Koordinere aktiviteter mot drift, offshore-organisasjonen, andre fag og leverandører.

  • Styre og videreutvikle vedlikeholdsporteføljen innen eget fagområde.

  • Bidra til effektiv ressursutnyttelse gjennom god planlegging og samhandling på tvers av fagområder.

  • Følge opp tekniske problemstillinger og identifisere forbedringsmuligheter.

  • Bidra til kontinuerlig utvikling av arbeidsprosesser og vedlikeholdsprogrammer.

  • Fagbrev, teknisk fagskole, bachelor eller lignende innen elektrofag (elektriker, energimontør eller tilsvarende).

  • Minimum 3-5 års operativ erfaring fra offshorevirksomhet, prosessindustri eller annen relevant industri.

  • Erfaring med vedlikehold, planlegging eller teknisk oppfølging av elektrisk utstyr.

  • God forståelse for samspillet mellom drift, vedlikehold og sikker gjennomføring.

  • Er opptatt av kvalitet og forstår betydningen av godt planarbeid.

  • Samarbeider godt med andre og bidrar aktivt til et arbeidsmiljøet.

  • Tar initiativ og følger opp oppgaver på en strukturert måte.

  • Trives i et tverrfaglig miljø med mange grensesnitt.

  • Er løsningsorientert og evner å se helheten.

  • God skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne på norsk og engelsk.

  • Daglig oppmøte på kontorsted.

Skills Required

  • Trade certificate, technical college qualification, bachelor's degree, or equivalent in electrical engineering or an electrical trade such as electrician or energy technician.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of operational experience from offshore operations, process industry, or relevant industry.
  • Experience with maintenance, planning, or technical follow-up of electrical equipment.
  • Understanding of the interaction between operations, maintenance, and safe execution.
  • Strong focus on quality and understanding of effective planning.
  • Strong collaboration and ability to contribute actively to the work environment.
  • Initiative and structured task follow-up.
  • Ability to work in a cross-disciplinary environment with multiple interfaces.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to see the broader picture.
  • Good written and spoken Norwegian and English.
  • Daily attendance at the Kristiansund office.
