The role develops work orders, job packages, and maintenance plans; coordinates activities with operations, offshore teams, disciplines, and suppliers; manages the electrical maintenance portfolio; resolves technical issues; and identifies improvements to maintenance processes and programs.

Plans and follows up preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems supporting Njord A and Njord B. The role develops maintenance plans and work packages, coordinates with operations, offshore teams, disciplines, and suppliers, manages the mechanical maintenance portfolio, resolves technical issues, identifies improvements, and supports efficient resource utilization and continuous process development.

Performs daily logistics operations, maintenance tasks, and emergency-response duties on offshore installations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, day/night shift work on a 14/28 rotation, and assignments across different Equinor installations. Candidates must hold relevant Norwegian trade certificates, offshore crane and deck-operations qualifications, have at least three years of oil and gas experience, meet offshore medical and physical requirements, and demonstrate digital proficiency and flexibility.

Manage and optimize condition monitoring systems and asset health programs for offshore wind farm assets. Analyze vibration, oil, temperature, SCADA, and other monitoring data to identify developing failures, optimize alarms and diagnostics, and recommend predictive maintenance actions. Support reliability investigations, asset health assessments, technical integrity activities, and predictive maintenance strategy development while coordinating with vendors, OEMs, and service providers.

Plans and oversees safe lifting operations across offshore wind assets as the LOLER Appointed Person. Responsibilities include lift planning, risk assessments, compliance assurance, equipment certification, integrity audits, maintenance and modification campaign support, operational risk assessments, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. The role provides technical guidance to O&M teams and contractors while promoting safety, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Maintain the technical integrity, reliability, and lifecycle performance of electrical systems across offshore wind farm assets. Monitor asset health, investigate faults, conduct root cause analysis, manage technical recommendations and risks, support maintenance optimization and lifecycle planning, ensure compliance with standards, implement reliability improvements, and assist with asset handover from construction to operations.
