Responsibilities

Assist with technical support for customers using our AI in-memory computing products and SDKs

Support software and SDK integration efforts under guidance from senior engineers

Help troubleshoot, document, and report technical issues and bugs
-
Contribute to user guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation
-
Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams
-
Support customer demos, training sessions, and pre-sales technical activities
-
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on customer-related needs
Requirements
-
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
-
Extensive programming and software development experience from coursework or projects
-
Familiarity with at least one programming language and general software development tools or frameworks
-
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

Excellent communication skills and interest in customer-facing technical work
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Salary Range: $35-45 USD / hr
