THE ROLE:
Join a central team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering product, tech, sales, and ops to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.
The Facilities Manager will oversee the upkeep and smooth running of Genius Sports’ London and Manchester offices, ensuring they consistently reflect the company’s brand and provide an exceptional working environment. Acting as the first point of contact for facilities-related requests from senior leadership and employees, this role is responsible for managing both hard and soft services — from maintenance, HVAC, and safety compliance to reception, office support, and vendor coordination. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to deliver projects on time and within budget, while also leading health and safety procedures, fire/life/safety inspections, and space planning initiatives. With a proactive approach to identifying repairs and upgrades, maintaining strong landlord and vendor relationships, and supporting real estate management for UK offices, the Facilities Manager will play a key role in ensuring our workspaces remain safe, efficient, and aligned with the needs of our teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3-4 years of experience in facilities management, focusing on corporate services, or workplace management.
- Ability to travel and work non-standard hours (ad hoc)
- Experience managing teams in facilities operations.
- Familiarity with office/building operations, systems, and employee services.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
