- Implement office tour for checking any issue that may be impact operation and reporting for fixing. Including M&E, office environment, facility equipment
- Office supply inventory check and finish the relevant record. Arrange supply backfilled like teabag, coffee consumption, copy paper
- Respond to ad hoc service requests from various departments, including contract printing/getting company chop for the Sales team
- Assist Admin service like document share, resignation process, email of pick-up your mail
- Maintain Facility internal database and keep it updated
- Any other assistance to ensure smooth operation of Facilities team
