The pay range for this position is $49,920-$124,162. Base pay is determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications, education and work location. Join JM&A Consulting Solutions as a Field Facilitator, responsible for enhancing learning experiences through engaging and effective training sessions. The role involves preparing materials, facilitating courses, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to drive skill development and performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare class materials and facilitate training sessions using provided resources and technology
- Submit daily recap reports highlighting facilitation opportunities and participant feedback
- Communicate with field personnel regarding evaluations, attendee progress, and follow-up support
- Develop new skills and work toward additional certifications in JM&A Performance Development Services
- Assist in the development of new Learning and Development associates
- Contribute insights and ideas to the Learning & Design Team for content improvement
- Attend relevant conferences and training for professional growth
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, training, facilitation, or related fields
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 100%, including domestic and possibly international travel
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
