Job Description- Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients and participants
- Participate in off-site program orientations as needed
- Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process
- Track workshop attendance
- Create monthly workshop calendar
- Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed
- Recommend workshop content, including improvements
- Participate in workshop content development as needed
- Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops
- Facilitate assigned staff training
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting
- Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.)
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual a plus
